Privacy policy

Cutieverse is made by Navo Technologies Inc. ("we"). We keep data to the minimum the game needs. There are no ads in Cutieverse, we don't track you across other apps or websites, and we never sell your data.
Your game save
So you don't lose your Cuties, the game backs up your save to our cloud (Google Firebase). The backup is tied to an anonymous account ID the game creates for you, plus a random ID for your device. It holds your game progress only.
If you choose to link an email address, Game Center or Google Play Games, we store that link so you can restore your save on a new device. Linking is optional.
Crash reports
If the game crashes, it sends a crash report (Firebase Crashlytics) so we can fix it. A report contains technical details such as the device model, the system version, the game version and what the game was doing when it crashed. It doesn't include your name or contacts.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details. We only learn which item was bought, so we can give it to you.
What we don't collect
- No advertising IDs and no ads
- No location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone
- No selling or sharing of your data for marketing
Who processes the data
Cloud saves and crash reports are stored by Google Firebase on our behalf. Purchases and Game Center are handled by Apple, and Google Play Games by Google. Each one follows its own privacy policy.
Deleting your data
Email us from the support page with the Player ID shown at the bottom of the game's Settings screen, and we'll delete your cloud save and account. Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device.
Kids
Cutieverse is for everyone. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the anonymous save described above. If you think a child has given us an email address, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
