I got a new phone. How do I keep my Cuties?

On your old phone, open Settings and link your save under Cloud save (email or Game Center). On the new phone, sign in the same way and your save comes back.

I bought something and didn't get it

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it's still missing, email us with your Player ID and the date of the purchase.

Is Cutieverse free?

Yes. It's free to play and has no ads. You can buy extra crystals and moonstones if you like, but you never have to.

Is it on Android?

Not yet. It's coming soon.

Email us with your Player ID and we'll delete your cloud save. See the privacy policy for what we store.
